This property has a basement which is being used as a guest apartment and has its own living room, open plan kitchen, bedroom with built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower. Outside of this, returning to the property, upon entering we find a beautiful kitchen which gives access to the living room - dining room, this is also connected to the glazed terrace, then we have the other bedrooms, (3) one of them the double with a HUGE suite bathroom.
